The new fitness band comes with a new design. It no longer comes with disconnected design seen in the Inspire 2. It follows the Luxe design.
Inspire 3 comes with color OLED touchscreen display compared to monochrome LED in Inspire 2. It is a 124x206px display.
Fitbit Inspire 3 comes with SpO2 tracking feature which was not available in Inspire 2. It is used for blood oxygen level tracking.
The Inspire 3 packs a 78mAh battery and can last up to 10 days without Always on display. It is better considering it has power hungry display.

Despite addition of new features and hardware, the price is kept same as Inspire 2 i.e $99.95. But it comes with only 6 month of Fitbit Premium.
