Apply for One UI Watch 5 Beta
The new One UI Watch 5 update will be made available for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. If you own any of these devices, you can expect to receive the update later this year. However, if you’re eager to test the update ahead of time, you have the option to join the beta program. If you have previously joined the One UI beta program for your Galaxy device, the process for joining the One UI Watch 5 beta program will be similar and familiar to you. You can follow these steps to get started.
- First download the Samsung Members app on your phone which is connected to your Galaxy Watch.
- Log in with your Samsung account.
- After login, relaunch the app and go to Notices. It will show a banner of One UI Watch 5 beta if it’s available in your region for your Watch.
- Tap on the banner to proceed further.
- Now fill in all the necessary details and submit the form to join One UI Watch 5 Beta.
Download One UI Watch 5 Beta
If you are accepted into the beta program, you will receive the beta update for your Galaxy Watch. But it is always recommended to back up data before upgrading to a new version, especially a beta update.
To Install the One UI Watch 5 Beta update, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install on your watch. You can also check the update from Galaxy Wearable App.
Once you install the first beta then you will get OTA updates for new beta updates until you Withdraw from the beta program. Joining the One UI Watch 5.0 beta is easy. All you need to do is wait for the beta program to arrive for your model and region. And then just apply through the Samsung Members app.
