Last month, Amazfit introduced its latest fitness tracker in the US, the latest edition is Amazfit Band 7. Yes, the company skips Band 6 and brings a more powerful tracker with an app store, bigger battery, and other features. Amazfit Band 7 is a successor to the 2020’s Band 5, brings a bunch of useful OS and tracker features. Amazfit’s latest fitness tracker looks very similar to the Xiaomi Band 7. Zepp Health’s latest tracker features a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen, which is 112% bigger than its predecessor, Blood Oxygen, Heart Rate, Stress Level, Heart Rate support, and other health features.

Like other Amazfit trackers, the latest Band 7 comes in with ZeppOS. And the process of setting up the new fitness tracker is going to be the same for the newly released Amazfit Band 7. Before moving to the steps, check out the prerequisites.

  • Turn on the Bluetooth app on your Smartphone
  • Charge your Amazfit Band 7 to at least 40-50%
  • Zepp Health (formerly Amazfit) app installed on your phone

How to Pair Amazfit Band 7

Before moving ahead, make sure to install the Zepp Health app on your compatible smartphone. For compatibility, the app is available for Android users running Android 7.0 (Nougat) or newer, and for iPhone users, the app needs your iPhone should run on iOS 14 or newer version. After installing the app on your smartphone, you need to create an account, you can sign in with an existing account if you have one.

How to Connect Amazfit Band 7 with Smartphone

When you boot up your Amazfit Band 7 for the first time, it will boot up the tracker in pairing mode, now you can easily set up your tracker. If your tracker is already paired and you want to connect with another phone, then you can reset your tracker and boot up in pairing mode. Here’s how you can set up and pair Amazfit Band 7 with your smartphone.

  1. On your Band 7, choose your preferred language, then it will start showing a QR code that you can use to pair.
  2. Download and Install the Zepp Health app on your iPhone or Android smartphone.
  3. Open Zepp app on your phone.
  4. Sign in with your Zepp account, create a new account if you don’t have one.
  5. After signing in with your account, the app will ask for your health details like gender, weight, and height.
  6. Tap on your Profile, then Add a new Device.
  7. Now Select Band, now choose Band 7.
  8. Scan the QR code visible on your Band’s screen.
  9. Now accept the pairing request on your Band.
  10. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  11. That’s it.

Now you can start using your Amazfit Band 7.
